<br />Hall-Irwin hereby identifies and designates the following individuals as witnesses who maybe called by
<br />Hall-Iruvin at the Formal Board Hearing:

<br />303.352.6057. Mr. Gregg maybe called to testify about the Reclamation Permit Application filed
<br />initially in December 2002, revised and resubmitted in May 2003 and the facts and circumstances
<br />surrounding the application and operations at the Nissen Farm site. Mr. Gregg may also be called to
<br />testify about the accommodations made with regard to the referenced application, as well as any other
<br />matters relevant to the application or necessary to rebut any other testimony at the hearing.

<br />2150, Greeley, CO 80632, 303.352.6057. Mr. McFarland may be called to testify about the Reclamation
<br />Permit Application filed initially in December 2002, revised and resubmitted in May 2003 and the facts
<br />and circumstances surrounding the application and operations at the Nissen Farm site. Mr, McFarland
<br />may also he called to testify about the accommodations made with regard to the referenced application, as
<br />well as any other matters relevant to the application or necessary to rebut any other testimony at the
<br />hearing.
