initially in December 2002, revised and resubmitted in May 2003 and the facts and circumstances
surrounding the application and operations at the Nissen Farm site. Mr. Gregg may also be called to
testify about the accommodations made with regard to the referenced application, as well as any other
matters relevant to the application or necessary to rebut any other testimony at the hearing.
