In addition, CAMAS has <br />obtained the following permits in regard to air emissions and water discharge: <br />Fugitive Dust for Entire Operation - <br />(Preliminary Approval) <br />99AD0625F <br />Plant Machinery (All Final Approvals) - <br />93JE273P, EI Jay Crusher <br />94AD014P, Deister 6' x 16' Screen <br />94AD1101, Deister 8' x 20' Screen <br />94AD112P, Norber Cone Crusher <br />95JE586P, Gen Set Generator <br />Stormwater and Process Water Discharge - COG-500361 <br />You previously have been provided the Weed Control Plan, and the agreements with the Fulton Ditch <br />Company and PSCo. The items still to be completed and the status to complete each item are as <br />follows: <br />Technical Revision on slurry wall installation prior to slurry wall installation being <br />undertaken. Should be processed sometime later this year by CAMAS after slurry wall <br />contractor is selected. <br />Substitute Water Supply Plan and Gravel Well Permit issuance for Evaporative <br />Losses, prior to groundwater being exposed. Being prepared by Tuttle Applegate. <br />Approval of the Substitute Water Supply Plan and issuance of the well permit should <br />be completed in early spring ofthis year. <br />Groundwater Monitoring Plan prior to groundwater being exposed and slurry wall <br />being installed. Being prepared by Tuttle Applegate. Will be implemented prior to <br />slurry wall being installed. <br /> <br />
