Pontiac Court <br />Englewood, Colorado 80111 <br />SUBJECT: Leaty Spurge Management Plan <br />Dear Mr. Fehr: <br />On December 5, 1997, the Fremont County Department of Planning and Zoning received a letter <br />dated December 2, 1997, from the Fremont County Weed Boazd regazding Agile Stone Systems, <br />Inc., Leafy Spwge Management Plan. <br />• According to the December 2, 1997, letter, the Fremont County Weed Board approved Agile <br />Stone Systems, Inc., Leafy Spwge Management Plan on November 19, 1997. Based on this letter <br />and the Leafy Spwge Management Plan which was submitted with it, Agile Stone Systems, Inc., <br />has met the criteria and is in compliance with condition "w^ of their current Conditional Use <br />Permit which states as follows: <br />w. Applicant shall prepare and implement a management plan for the control ojundesirable or <br />noxious plants. Such plan shall be submitted to the Department oJP[anning and Zoning <br />and to the Fremont County Weed Advisory Board jar consideration and recommendations. <br />Any recommendations shall be incorporated into the plan unless waived by the Board of <br />Commissioners.
