Before we adjourned a couple
of creeks ago for the end of the year festivities, the Mined Land Recla-
mation Board approved the application for the Henderson Mine's Develop-
ment and Extraction b]ining Permit. The Permit itself is ready to be
signed pending receipt of proper aurety.
As::uming your company will wish to post bond through a surety under-
writer, I have taken the liberty of enclosing a partially filled out
Reclamation Bond form, This needs to be completed and signed by your
compaT>,y's representatives and signed by the undenariter's agonts, Once
the bond has been approved, your permit will be signed and sent to you.
The initial bond level is intended to be good for a couple of years, at
which time if you are still operating according to your disturbed land
timetables the bonded acreage can be reduced, Thereafter the bond can
float any way you and the Board may see fit.
Thanks a lot for all your help and cooperation. If I can be of further
service, by all means get in touch.
Sincerely,
~L~v~
STATE OF COLORAOp

Thomas A. Colbert
Soils and Reclamation Specialist
