Dear Mr. & Firs. Craig:
As required by the Colorado Land Reclamation Act of 1976, we
are enclosing a copy of a Public Notice published by the Durango
Herald on t9onday, t4arch 21, 1977.
This Act requires that we mail a copy of the enclosed notice
to all surface owners of the affected land and to all owners
of immediately adjacent land. Records indicate that you own
surface rights on the affected area.

on the Public Notice.
