The FAX shall include acall-back number of <br />a responsible company official for the DMG staff to use as a contact " <br />No explosives will be used on this site for the purpose of mining or processing. No chemicals <br />will be used in the gravel processing. <br />Production Rates <br />The site's production volumes and rates can be seen below. An annual expected average and <br />maximum rate are shown. This schedule is based on the <br />Chambers Pit to the west of this site. When the portable crushing plant is on site, it runs about <br />14 hours per day 6 days per week. Operating hours will be based on product demand. <br />Mine Area Details <br />The expansion's reserves are divided into phases. While one phase is being mined the <br />previous phase will be reclaimed. This separation of phases will limit the overall disturbed <br />area. Areas will be mined in order. Reclamation of the slopes will occur promptly after the <br />gravel is mined allowing the pit to then fill with water. Area details can be seen below. <br />11/7/2005 Page D-5 <br />
