Rapp <br /> <br />APR~3i9$5 <br /> <br />This letter is to formally advise you, and all other parties who <br />may be concerned, that I have been notified of the hearings of the <br />Mine Land Recalmation Board to be held on April 24 and April 25, <br />1985, regarding the C & C Sand Co. application noted above. <br />2 have been notified on behalf of Col. Robert C. Stack as he is <br />currently in command of a military unit stationed in Korea and he <br />is difficult to reach. I am Col. Stack's attorney as well as a <br />partner and I am duly authorized to act on his behalf in all matters <br />regarding the above mentioned quarry. <br />I have also forwarded a copy of this letter directly to Col.
