However, this application was found
to be incomplete for technical review at that time due to inadequate or incomplete
information. A letter of explanation was sent to the applicant describing this and
requesting that the missing information be submitted so the application could be called
complete. This information was received on March 13, 2002 and the application was
found to be complete for technical review on that date.
Unfortunately, since the application was not complete on the submittal date, any
correspondence received prior to the "completeness date" is not officially a part of [he
record. Therefore, we aze writing letters to anyone that submitted correspondence prior
to the "completeness date" to inform them that, for their comments to be considered,
they must be resubmitted after March 13, 2002, but prior to the end of the public
comment period of May 2, 2002. All comments that aze received during the course of
the permitting review are given their due consideration, so please take the time to re-
submityour comments for the record prior to the end of the public comment period.
If you have any questions, please contact Al Amundson or me at (303) 866-3567.
Sint r ly,
Anthony J.
