Our initial review indicates <br />that all preliminary items required by the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation <br />Act, C.R.S. 34-32-101, et seq., have been submitted; thus your application has <br />been deemed complete on~Cpri"C 16, 1990. All comment and review time periods <br />initiate from this date. <br />The decision date for your application is May <br />publication of a notice of the filing of this <br />enclosed notice format). You must also mail a <br />owners of record of surface rights of affected <br />land. iou must provide proof of the notice an <br />Mail Return Receipt Requested, to the Mined La <br />16, 1990. You should commence <br />application immediately (see <br />copy of the notice to all <br />land and immediately adjacent <br />d mailing, such as Certified <br />nd Reclamation Division before <br />the datre noted above. You must also place a copy of this application for <br />public review, less confidential items, with the Gilpin County Clerk and <br />Recorder. Any subsequent changes or additions to the copies on file in our <br />office roust also be made in this local government copy. <br />THE STAf-F IS REVIEWING YOUR APPLICATION TO DETERMINE WHETHER IT IS ADEQUATE <br />TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE LAW.
