List of all licenses and Qermits required by the operation are listed below <br />An Air Emissions permit with the Colorado Department of Health will be applied for prior to <br />commencement of operations. <br />2. This should be a dry operation and no pumping will be necessary. Any water encountered <br />from springs will be channeled to pass through the operation without contacting the disturbed <br />ares therefore a Division of Water Resources Well Permit is unnecessary. <br />• <br />3. Eagle County special use permit which has already been granted on November 19, 1996. <br />4. A Spill and Containment Plan will be filed with the Colorado Department of Health. Since <br />there will be no discharges from the site, no Storm Water Management Plan (SWMP) or <br />Discharge Permit will be needed. <br />5 A State Highway Access Petmit for access to the site from State Highway 6. This permit is <br />currently being submitted. <br />6. A railroad crossing permit will be needed to cross the Southern Pacific tracks located <br />immediately south of the permit area. It is requested that this permit be stipulated since the <br />cost of the permit will be wasted if the permit to the DMG is denied. <br />• <br />Carol Ann Permit CDMG Application <br />65 <br />
