<br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on June 24, 1974, in the
<br />chambers of the Doard of County Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado,
<br />for ttre purpose of hearing the petition of Greeley Sand & Gravel Company,

<br />locate a gravel pit operation on the following described property;
