In fact the applicant has slated that there evill be two <br />stace of operatiuo consisting of twenty acres at a time. This hasn't been achieved by the applicant over any period ui~ the <br />base (over 20 yrs.) <br />?I 1'he Siloa!n Stone operation has damaged one ofour access roads and we <br />weren't even contacted by 1`M. Mueller. Tlus type of operation reeds constant supervision <br />nut only by us but also your staff. The violations [hat have occurred surely do not warrant <br />:ut even b?g;;cr operation. <br />3) Ti:cre arc wetlands on the stage. two canyons' azcas west ofSiloant Road and on <br />the northerly part of section 36.
