Sand and Gravel Permit GP 3437 <br /> Dear Mr. Klco: <br /> Pursuant to Board Order 2001-31 The State Board of Land Commissioners will grant the <br /> Fremont County Board of Commissioners a sand and gravel permit upon the successful <br /> completion of permitting necessary to legally mine said tract. Permits will include the Special <br /> Use Permit or its equivalent issued by the county and the Reclamation Permit issued by the <br /> Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology (DM&G). The reclamation plan to be submitted for <br /> the DM&G Reclamation Permit must be approved by the Director of the Land Board before <br /> submittal to DM&G. <br /> This letter of commitment will bind the Board for a period of up to two years from the <br /> above date. During this period, you will not be required to make rental or other payments to the <br /> Board. Additionally,the Board retains all rights that are listed on the attached standard sand and <br /> gravel permit, including the right to sell the surface. Any mineral leases that the Board issues on <br /> this tract will be subject to this letter and the terns of the sand and gravel permit as if it were in <br /> full force and effect.
