M-84-154
Dear Mr. Thrailkill:
Today, I received the review letter on the Well Field Pit from the Colorado
Division of Wildlife. I note that the review recommends that some shrub
species, as well as perhaps trees such as Cotton less Cottonwood and/or
Russian Olive, be planted as a part of final reclamation. Please clarify
and justify your plans in response to this recommendation. This response
will nullify the necessity to add a stipulation to the mining and reclamation
permit (when it is issued) as I discussed in my letter to you of Sept. ]2th.
Please call me if you have any questions on this final adequacy issue.
Sincerely,

Mark S.
