Everist's 112 Permit Application for Maryland Creek Ranch, Permit No. M-96-049
Dear Ms. Kamnikar:
During the October 16, 1996 Lower Blue Planning Commission hearing on L.G. Everist's
request for a conditional use permit, L.G. Everist made several commitments to Summit County
regarding their plans for reclaiming the Maryland Creek Ranch property. Based on Dennis
Staebell's letter to you dated October 24, 1996 requesting that L.G. Everist's commitments to
Summit County be included into their DMG Regular Operations Permit, we would like to
withdraw our objection to the issuance of the permit.
If you wish to discuss this letter in more detail please feel free to contact me at 453-3454.
Sincerely,
l Jim Curnutte
Manager of Current Planning
cc: Board of County Commissioners
Lower Blue Planning Cortunission
Dennis Staebell, L.G.
