Copies of the Application were hand carried and a transmittal was <br />date stamped and signed by each party. <br />Exhibit R: The Proof of Filing with Comity Clerk and Recorder was hand tamed as <br />described above. A receipt from this office is included behind the <br />transmittal form. <br />Addendum 1: Attached is a copy of a Notice and CeRification regarding posting a sign at <br />the proposed permit site. <br />Pursuant to our conversation this morning, I will hand carry this letter to verify tbat our <br />application is wmplete and accepted as submitted.
