-~- <br />ermit Condition <br />~i t I~ A reportable spi[I is a spilt of any toxic or hazardous substance (including spi!!s of petroleum products) within the <br />mined land permit area reportable to any Division of the Colorado Department of Pu61ic Health and the L•nvironment, the <br />National Response Center, the Colorado Etergency Planning Commission, any local Emergency Planning Connnission, <br />local Emergency Planning Curnmittee, or the State Oil Inspector. The Mine Operator shall notify the Division of <br />Reclamation, Mining and Safety (DRMS) of a reportable spin widtin the mined land permit area using the same thneframe <br />required by the pemtit, license. notice, statute, rule or regulation governing tlic reporting of the spill to the other appropriate <br />agency. ;Notice ofa reportable spill shall be FAXed to: Minemis Program5tipervisor, Division ofReclarnation,Mining amt <br />Safe[v, FAX (303) 532.8It)G.
