IIIIOIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIINIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII ~sas0s3~ No. [4G-20(16 <br />C KRUSE, CIKEREG tlONTROSE~ GO FE5 a 0.00 0 D 00 <br />RESOLUTION <br />OF THE MONTROSE COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />CONCERNING: HIS PROPERTIES GRAVEL PIT <br />SPECIAL USE (SU-06-0107) <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners considered the H/S Properties Gravel Pit Special Use at their <br />regularly scheduled meeting on November 6, 2006. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners APPROVED the H/S Properties Gravel Pit Special Use. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Montrose, <br />State of Colorado that the H/S Properties Gravel Pit Special Use submitted by H/5 Properties is hereby <br />APPROVED with the following: <br />Findings of Fact <br />Upon completion and/or implementation of the required conditions, the proposal will meet the <br />standards of the Montrose County Zoning Resolution, Section C -Gravel Mining Mitigation <br />Standards. <br />2. The proposed Gravel Pit is allowed in the General Agricultural (A) District by Special Use. <br />3. The proposed Gravel Pit is located in a commerciaUindustrial area adjacent to a State Highway. <br />Conditions of Approval <br />f. The gravel pit shall be subject to all applicable mitigation standards as outlined in Montrose Zoning <br />Resolution, Section C -Gravel Mining Mitigation Standards, and as outlined in the submitted <br />Impact Mitigation Plan for H/S Properties Gravel Pit. <br />2. The Special Use Permit shall adhere to all requirements of any County, State or Federal Agency. <br />3. A driveway access permit shall be obtained for access to a County Roadway. <br />4. The permit shall be applicable only to the specific use and specific property for which it was issued. <br />5. The Special Use Permit shall run with the land. <br />6.
