The application states that all excavation will halt above <br />the water table. If the following conditions are met, we have no problems <br />with the proposed operation: <br />1. No permanent ground water lake may be created by this operation. If <br />a permanent ground water lake is created, then a well permit would be <br />required. Since the operation is in an over-appropriated basin, a <br />plan for augmentation for losses due to evaporation would be required <br />before a well permit could be issued. <br />2. Caldwell Brothers has a <br />operation.
