GOVERNING LAW: <br />It is agreed that this agreement shall be governed by, construed and enforced in <br />accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado. <br />RECLAMATION: <br />Lessee shall perform all required reclamation at the end of this lease according to state <br />standards not later than one (1) year from the expiration date of the lease. The Lessee shall have <br />access to the property for the purpose of completing reclamation during this period. <br />
