Questar Pipeline Company owns and operates a
high pressure natural gas pipeline located in a 40-foot wide easement which crosses a portion of
the proposed mining operation.
The proposed mine may not in any way interfere with the pipeline or the pipeline
easement. Any mining activities must be designed and provide for the continued support of the
easement and ensure that not one speck of sand sloughs off of the easement. Any activities
within the easement area, including, but not limited to crossing the easement with equipment
must first be reviewed and approved by Questar Pipeline Company.
Continued safe operation of the pipeline requires that Roaring Fork Resources strictly
observe the above guidelines.
Sincerely
--
David A.
