Long <br />Orvis~on Dueaor <br />Re: Receipt of 112 Regular Reclamation Permit Application Package, Dellacroce Pit, <br />File No. M-93-050 <br />Dear Mr Polok: <br />Pertaining to your telephone call on August 23, 1993, Ms Barbara Chiappone and I <br />again reviewed the application package submitted to the Division on July 26, 1993. <br />We have determined that due to the fact that the Board approved format was not <br />followed and only one original application form was submitted the Division has <br />deemed the application inadequate to begin technical review. The information that <br />was submitted to EI Paso County may be used to fulfill requirements of the 112 <br />exhibits but it must be reorganized and submitted in the Board approved format and <br />order. <br />This letter shall not be construed to mean that there are no technical deficiencies <br />in your application.
