An open file exists for your <br />company and we are interested in taking the steps necessary to close out your file and return your <br />bond. <br />Regulatory requirements for final release include submittal of final drillhole abandonment reports <br />for holes drilled, a final reclamation report, a formal written request to the Division asking for bond <br />release, and an on -site inspection. <br />The NOPs we are interested in closing out are the following: <br />X 199421400 for exploration in Section 5 of T6N, R91 W. According to our records, final <br />abandonment reports have been received for the drillholes proposed. <br />We request you consider the following so that we can both remove this program from our files: <br />(1) Submit a letter to the Division officially requesting bond release. <br />(2) Submit final abandonment reports for all holes drilled or update our files for holes <br />not drilled as part of the program. (A drillhole abandonment for is enclosed.) <br />(3) Submit some form of final reclamation report. (A sample form is enclosed.) <br />(4) Arrange with the Division for an on -site inspection of the exploration. <br />Your assistance is appreciated.
