Miller
4032 County Road 166
Elizabeth, Colorado 80107
Re: Miller Gravel Pit and Mine File vo. 82-112
Dear Mr. Miller:
Our Division has received your request for a continuance of Board consideration
of your 112 permit application until the February 23-24, 1983, meeting. This
request will be presented to the Board during the January 26-27, 1983, meeting.
Since such operator-requested continuances are essentially automatically
approved by the Board, you will not need to be present at the meeting. I
will confirm the Board's approval of your request in another letter to you
after the January meeting.
Since a permit has not yet been issued on this operation, no succession of
operators form is required for the transfer of the application. Instead, you
should send our Division a letter stating that you no longer wish to be the
applicant for the permit for this operation, with a brief explanation as to
the reasons for this. Terra Construction Company should also write a letter
to our Division explaining that they are now to be the applicant for the permit.
I have met with a representative from Terra Construction Company and explained
this procedure to him, as well.
Thank you for your cooperation in this matter. Please call me if you have
any questions.
Sincerely,
4
~,~, ~ ~~
Mark S. Loye
Senior Reclamation Specialist
MSL/pjp
