We aze in the <br />process of drilling a borehole into the mine, with the intent of ptrmpiag water into the mine in <br />order to quench the fire. We will be pumping water out of the North Fork of the Gunnison <br />River. <br />In order to efFciently pump water from the river, we are requesting pemtission to excavate a <br />sump in the bottom of the river channel.
