R. Grace f, Co.
7379 Rt. 32
Columbia, Maryland 21004
RE: HAYDEN GULCH PROJECT - COMPLETION OF HYDROLOGIC
AND SOILS REPORT
Dear Cass:
Two copies of the report have also been sent to Joe Phillips.
As you know 10 copies of the report requested by M-K in Boise
have been delivered.
As per your phone, request July 14, 1977 the estimated unbilled
total is $4,800. Not included are any charges which may re-
sult from your request for me to join you in a visit to the
State Engineers office in the near future for the purpose of
exploring rights to use water from a proposed Twenty-mile
sandstone well. With regards to securing the right to use
water from the proposed well there area couple of avenues to
explore as we have discussed. We should wait for the State
Engineers review and comments to the Mined Land Reclamation
Board before any attempt to discuss water rights issues. In
this way you will know where you stand and what may be expected
in order to use water. The issue of the right to use mine water
inflow may arise as well, but I believe that all water rights
issues can be ultimately resolved.
We appreciate having had the opportunity to work with you on
this project, and look forward to assisting in any way possible
on this or future projects.
Very truly yours,
E.
