Banks and Gesso, LLC <br />Exhibit M -Other Permits and Licenses ~~~~A~ ~p~ <br />~a ,~~_t ~ --~ , <br />Countv Land Use Permit ~~ ~ 2 Z~~s <br />Division of Rcclsmatlon, <br />The applicant will obtain approval of a Use by Special Review tE?skmttna¢d~ ~y~y other <br />necessary approvals from EI Paso County prior to operating. <br />Countv Flood Hazard Area Development Permit <br />The applicant will receive approval of a Flood Hazard Development Permit from EI Paso <br />County prior to operating within the jurisdictional floodplain. <br />CDPS State Discharge Permit/Stormwater Permit <br />Discharge into Fountain Creek will be permitted by the CDPS/NPDES program <br />administered by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment. <br />Air Permits <br />Air permits will be obtained from CDPHE prior to site disturbance. Individual permits for <br />operating equipment will also be obtained, as needed. <br />Road Access and Maintenance Agreements <br />An Access Permit from EI Paso County will be obtained, if necessary, for access onto <br />Old Pueblo Road. It is anticipated that CDOT will also review and approve plans for <br />access onto Interstate 25 at Exit 122. <br />Substitute Water Suoolv Plan/Gravel Pit Well Permit <br />A Temporary Substitute Supply Plan will be approved by the Office of the State <br />Engineer/Division of Water Resources prior to exposure of groundwater at the site. <br />State Historic Preservation Office <br />Please see the results of a search of the Colorado Inventory of Cultural Resources in <br />Attachment C.
