CONDITIONS/STIPULATIONS FOR APPROVAL
The proposed operation does not
anticipate exposing ground water. Therefore, no
exposure of ground water can occur during and
after mining operations.
The proposed operation will consume
groundwater by _ evaporation, _ dust
control, _ reclamation, _ and water
removed in the mined product. Prior to initiation
of these uses of ground water, [he applicant will
need [o obtain a gravel well permit. Prior to
obtaining a permit, an approved water supply
plan or a decreed plan for augmentation will be
required.
The applicant has indicated plans [o use
other water For uses a[ the gravel pit or for
storage in the gravel pi[. The applicant will need
to provide evidence [o this office that the water is
permitted or decreed for such uses.
Prior [o approving a gravel well
permit, [he applicant will need a wavier of
objection from well owners within 600 feet
or request a hearing before the State
Engineer.
The proposed operation may have
potential impact on existing water rights
near the project location. Please provide
evidence that the proposed project will not
alter or impact the historic operation of [he
existing water rights.
