As described in the report, the property is located within '/z mile of the South Platte River approximately 2 miles northwest of Fort Lupton. The Service finds the habitat survey report acceptable and agrees that suitable habitat for S. diluvialis is not present in the areas surveyed. Therefore, the Service concurs with the determination that development of this property should not adversely affect the continued existence of this orchid.
