As described in the <br />report, the proposed project involves a gravel mine operation. <br />The Service finds the survey report acceptable and agrees that suitable habitat for S. diluviglis not <br />present in the areas surv~ed, Therefore the Service concurs with the determination that the <br />proposed project is not ' ely to adversejy affect the continued existence of the orchid. <br />We appreciate your submitting this report to our oi$ce for review and comment.
