Long <br />Division Dirttlor <br />Please be advised that on April 13, 1995, Custer County, whose address and <br />telephone number are 213 N. 4th Street, Westcliffe, CO 81252; (719) 783-2281, <br />filed an application to conduct surface mining and reclamation on county owned <br />land, which is located at or near Section 3, Township 235, Range 72W, <br />6th Prime Meridian, in Custer County: The application decision is scheduled <br />for July 12, 1995. <br />A copy of the application is available for review at the Custer County Clerk & <br />Recorder's office and at the office of the Division of Minerals and Geology, <br />Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203. <br />All written comments or objections must be submitted within twenty (20) days <br />of the last date of the newspaper public notice to be considered in the <br />application review process by the Division.
