AMENDMENT <br />• <br />Permit No. LO-0027154 <br />County: Routs <br />AUTHORIZATION TO DISCHARGE UNDER THE <br />NATIONAL POLLUTANT DISCHARGE ELIMINATION SYSTEM <br />• <br />In compliance with the provisions of the Federal Water Pollution Control <br />Act, as amended (33 U.S.C. 1251 e[. seq; the "Ac["), and the Colorado Water <br />Quality Control Act (25-8-101 e[. seq., CRS, 1973 as amended) <br />the Energy Fuels Corporation, <br />is authorized to di5cha rge from waste treatment facilities for the Energy Mines <br />I, II, and III located southwest of Steamboat Springs, <br />located a[ Steamboat Springs, Colorado,. <br />to receiving waters named Fish Creek at Energy II and III, Foidel Creek at Energy <br />I and III, and Middle Creek at Energy II 1, all tributaries [o the Yanipa River, <br />in accordance with effluent limitations, monitoring requirements and other <br />conditions sei forth in Parts I, II, and III hereof. <br />This permit shall become effective thirty (30) days after the date of <br />receipt of this permit by the Applicant. Should the Applicant choose to <br />contest any of the effluent limitations, monitoring requirements or other <br />conditions contained herein, he must comply with Section 24-4-104 CRS 1973 and <br />the Regulations for the State Discharge Permit System.
