The proposed project site ~s <br />bounded on tie north by the Big Z~ompson River on the east by Weld County Road 25, on the south by <br />Weld County Road 48, and on the west by Weld County Road 23. <br />The Service finds the habitat assessment report acceptable and agrees that although suitable habitat for S. <br />diluvialis is present in some areas, no individuals or populations of the orchid were located. Therefore, <br />the Service concurs with the determination that the proposed project is not likely to adversely affect the <br />continued existence of the orchid. <br />We appreciate your submitting this report to our office for review and comment.
