Yale Project Name: Seneca II Alluvial Wells <br />Flagstaff, AZ 86001 County: <br />Routt <br />Date: September 26, 1988 <br />This report is filed in accordance with Rule 2.U2.6(3)(a) of the Regulations <br />of the Colorado Mined Lantl Reclanation Hoard for Coal Mining, adopted in <br />accordance with the Colorado Surface Coal Mining Act, C.R.S. 34-33-101 et seg. <br />Tne purpose of tnis report is to update the Division on exploration and <br />reclamation activities that nave occurred in the past 18U days of active <br />prospecting. The report also inaicates any cnanges in operations from wnat <br />was stated in the original Notice of Intent Sent to the Division. The <br />Operator may use tnis form, modify tnis form, or use a different format . <br />altogether. <br />1. Attach a map Lhat snOWS: <br />a) Which proposed holes have been drilled to date, <br />Dj Any actual or proposed relocations of holes, <br />c) The extent of all significant road construction completed to <br />date (exclude minor blade worK), and <br />d) Current location of all drill rigs and test equipment. <br />Z. Describe what and where reclamation activities nave occurred in the <br />past 180 days. Mention sealing and plugging, reyrading, retopsoiling and <br />reseeding activities. (Attach additional pages. if needed.) <br />The single monitor well site has been graded and seeded, where necessary, in <br />accordance witfi the Exploration and Reclamation Plan submitted with the Notice <br />of Intent No. X-87-168-20. All drilling equipment and perspnnel have vacated <br />the area.
