While at Northern, Mr. Leaf assisted in the integration of asub-alpine watershed simulation model <br />{1VATBAL) into Northern's Stream Flow Forecasting Program for Windy Gap. <br />Ivtr. Leaf aas employed as a Hydraulic Engineer with the U.S. Corps of Engineers in Chicano, III. from 1987 - 1988. <br />His duties included the preparation oFFlood Insurance Studies using HEC I and HEC 11 hydrologic and hydraulic <br />computer models. Mr. Leaf also assisted in the optimization model development of the Illinois Waterway. <br />hlr, Leaf vyas employed as an Environmental Engineer with [he U.S. EPA, Region V from 19S3 - 1990. He was <br />Project Manager in the Public Water System Supervision Program for the states of Illinois, 11'isconsin and Indiana. <br />Mr. Leaf is currently employed with the Central Colorado Water Conservancy District as a Water Resources <br />Engineer. His duties with Central include the development and administration of a substitute supply plan for <br />Central's 1,000 member wells, general design engineer, principal researcher for numerous non-point source <br />contamination watershed projects, the preparation of engineering evaluations used in Division !Water Coun for <br />numerous change-of--use water rights cases and al! duties pertaining to technical issues associated with the Central <br />District.
