(Aggregate) hereby identifies and designates the following individuals as <br />witnesses who may be called by Aggregate at the Formal Boazd Heazing: <br />1. Mr. Refer may be called to testify about the Reclamation Permit <br />Application filed in June 2004, the facts and circumstances surcounding the application, and operations at <br />the Tucson South Resource site. Mr. Refer may also be called to testify about the accommodations made <br />with regard to the referenced application, as well as any other matters relevant to the application or <br />necessary to rebut any other testimony at the hearing. <br />2. Mc Cooley may be called to testify about the Reclamation Permit <br />Application filed in June 2004, the facts and circumstances surrounding the application, and operations at <br />the Tucson South Resource site.
