<br />Aggregate Industries-WCR, Inc. (Aggregate) hereby identifies and designates the following individuals as
<br />witnesses who may be called by Aggregate at the Formal Boazd Heazing:
<br />1. Mike Refer, Vice President, Aggregate Industries-WCR, Inc., 1707 Cole Blvd., Suite 100, Golden,
<br />CO 80401, (303) 985-1070. Mr. Refer may be called to testify about the Reclamation Permit
<br />Application filed in June 2004, the facts and circumstances surcounding the application, and operations at
<br />the Tucson South Resource site. Mr. Refer may also be called to testify about the accommodations made
<br />with regard to the referenced application, as well as any other matters relevant to the application or
<br />necessary to rebut any other testimony at the hearing.
<br />2. Blair Cooley, Projects Manager, Aggregate Industries-WCR, Inc., 1707 Cole Blvd., Suite 100,
<br />Golden, CO 80401, (303) 985-1070. Mc Cooley may be called to testify about the Reclamation Permit
<br />Application filed in June 2004, the facts and circumstances surrounding the application, and operations at
<br />the Tucson South Resource site. Mc Cooley may also be called to testify about the accommodations
<br />made with regard to the referenced application, as well as any other matters relevant to the application or
<br />necessary to rebut any other testimony at the hearing.
