Do not add ammonium sulfate. <br />For best results, mow cool season gross rovers in the spring to even their height <br />and apply this product 3 m 4 days after mowing. <br />For suppression of vegetative growth and seedhead inhibition of bahiagmss for <br />approximately 45 days, apply 6 fluid ounces of this product in ]0 to 26 gallons <br />of water per acre. Apply I to 2 weeks after full green-up or after mowing tu a <br />uniform height of 3 to 4 inches. This application must be made prior to seedhead <br />emergence. <br />For suppression up to 120 days, apply 4 fluid ounces of this product per acre, <br />followed by an apphcation of 2 to 4 fluid ounces per acre about 45 days later. <br />Make no more than 2 applications per year. <br />For bumdown of Berrnudagmss, apply I to 2 quarts of this yroduct ¢t 3 m 20 <br />gallons ofvnter per sett. Use this treatment only if reduction of the Bermudagrass <br />sand can be tolerated. When bumdown is required prior [o harves; allow at least <br />21 days to rnsure sufficient time for burndown to occur. <br />For suppression of Bermudagmss, apply 6 to 16 fluid ounces of this product per <br />acre east of the Rocky Mounains and 16 fluid ounces of this product per acre <br />west of the Rocky Mounains. Apply in a mat spray volume of 3 m 20 gallons <br />per acre, no sooner than 1 to 2 weeks after full green-up. If [he Bermudagrass is <br />mowed prior [o application, mainain a minimum of 3 inches in height. Sequential <br />applications may be made when regrowth occurs and Bermudagrass injury and <br />sand reduction can be mlera[ed. This <br />product will convol regrowth of cut stumps and resprouts of many types of vee <br />species, some of which are listed below. <br />Citms Trees: Calamondin, Chironja, Citron, Citrs hybrids, Gmpefmi; Kumquat <br />Lemon, Lime, Mandarin (Tangerine), Orange (all), Pummelo, Tangelo, Tangor. <br />Fruit Trees: Apple, Apricot Cherry (sweet, sour), Crabapple, Loqua; Mayhaw, <br />Necarine, Olive, Peach, Pear, Plum/Prme (all), Quince. <br />Nut Trees: Almond, Beechnut Brazil Nut, Buttemu; Cashew, Chestnut, Chin- <br />quapin, Filbert (hazelnut), Hickory Nu; Macadamia, Pecan, Pisachio, Walnut <br />(black, English). <br />Appy this product using suiable equipment to ensure coverage of the entire <br />cambium. Cut trees or resprouts close to the soil surface. Apply a 50 ro ] 00 pement <br />solution of this product [o the freshly cut surface immediately after cutGog. Delays <br />in application may result in reduced performance. For best results, apphcations <br />should be made during periods of active growth and full leaf expansion. <br />PRECAUTIONS, RESTRICTIONS: DO NOT MAKE CUT STUMP APPLI- <br />CATIONS WHEN TIC ROOTS OF ADJACENT DESIRABLE TREES MAY <br />BE GRAFTED TO THE ROOTS OF THE CU7 STUMP. INJURY RESULT- <br />ING FROM ROOT GRAFTING MAY OCCUR IN ADJACENT TREES. Some <br />sprouts, stems, or trees may share dte same root system. If using hand-held sprayers, use a 0.5 to 1 percent solution <br />of this product. Spray to wet vegetation, not to ran-off. ]fusing hand-held boom <br />sprayers, apply 2 m 4 quarts of this product per acre. <br />PRECAUTIONS, RESTRICTIONS: Make applications only after cranberries have <br />been harvested. Where <br />weed fobage is dense, use ]0 to 30 gallons of water per acre. <br />For goatweeQ apply 2 to 3 quarts of this product per acre. Apply in 20 to 30 <br />gallons of water per acre when plants are actively growing. Use 2 quarts per <br />acre when plants are less than 8 inches all end 3 quarts per acre when plane are <br />greater than 8 inches aB. If goatwced is greater than 8 inches tall, the addition of <br />Krovar 7 or Karmex may improve control. Desirable plants may be protected from the spray solution by using <br />shields or coverings made of cardboard or other impermeable material.
