<br />Uu this product ody in accordance with its labeling and with the Worker F
<br />tection Standard, 40 CFR part 170. This standard contains requirements for
<br />protection of agriculrural workers on farms, forests, nurseries, and grecnhou.
<br />and handlers of agriculruml pesticides. It contains requirements for training,
<br />contamination, notification, and emergency assistance. It also contains spec
<br />instmctions and exceptions pertaining to the statements on [his label about 7
<br />anal protective equipment (PPE) and restricted-army terms). The requireme
<br />in this box only apply m uses of this product that arc covered by the Wor
<br />Protection Standard.
<br />Do not enter or allow worker entry tern treated areas during the restricted en
<br />interval (RFd) of 12 hours.

<br />STORAGE AND -ISPOSAL
<br />Do no[ contaminate water, food, or feed by storage or disposal. Open dumping
<br />is prohibited.
<br />Storage: Sore above 28'F or agitate before use. -
<br />Pesticide Disposal: Pesticide, spray mixture, or rinse water that cannot be used
<br />according to label instrnctions must be disposed ofaccoMing to applicable Federal,
<br />state, or local procedures.
<br />Plastic Container Disposal: Triple rinse (or equivalent). Then offer for recy-
<br />cling or reconditioning, or punerure and dispose of in a sanitary landfill, or by
<br />incineration, or, if allowed by state and local authorities, by burning. If burned,
<br />stay out of smoke.
<br />Metal Container Disposal: Triple rinse (or equivalent). Then offer for recycling
<br />or rccondiboning, or puncrure and dispose of in a sanitary landfill, or by other
<br />procedures approved by state and local authorities.
<br />Container Disposal for RefiOable Containers: Replace the dry disconnect cap,
<br />if applicable, and seal all openings which have been opened during use. Return
<br />the empty container m a collection site designated by Dow AgroSciences. If the
<br />container has been damaged and cannot be remrrrcd according to the recommended
<br />procedures, contact the Dow AgroSciences Customer Service Center at I -800-268-
<br />1470 to obtain proper handling instmcdons.
<br />General: Consult Federal, state, or local disposal authorities for approved almr-
<br />native procedures.

<br />General Use Precautions
<br />Agricultural llu Requirements for Forestry Uses: For use of this product
<br />on forestry sites, follow PPE and Reentry restrictions in the Agricultural Use
<br />Requirements section of this label.
<br />Use Requirements for Non-cropland Areas: No Worker Protection Standard
<br />worker entry restrictions or worker notification requirements apply when this
<br />product is applied ronon-cropland.
<br />]n Arizona: The state of Arizona has not approved Garton 4 for use on plants
<br />grown for commercial production; specifically forests grown for commercial
<br />timber production, or on designated grazing areas.
<br />Chemigatiov: Do not apply this product through any type of irtigadon system.
<br />Otker Precautions:
<br />• When applying this product in tank mix combination, follow all applicable use
<br />directions and precautions on each manufacturer's Zabel.
<br />• Do no[ apply on ditches used to transpon irrigation water Do not apply where
<br />mnoff or irrigation water may flow onto agriculmml land as injury to crops
<br />may result.
<br />• Do not apply this product using mist blowers unless a drift control additive,
<br />high viscosity inverting system, or equivalent is uud W control spray drift
<br />• Sprays applied directly to Christmas trees may result in conifer injury. When
<br />Heating unwanted vegetation in Christmas tree plantations, care should be taken
<br />to direct sprays away from conifers.
<br />• Do not apply Garton 4 directly to, or otherwise permit it to come into di-
<br />rect contact with grapes, mbacco, vegetable crops, flowers, or other desirable
<br />broadleaf plants and do not permit spray mists containing it [o drift onro them.
