Based on the plans presented, this project will <br />not require a Department of the Army (DA) permit. <br />If any work is to take place in the spring/wetlands complex located at the NE area of <br />this property, this office should be notified for proper Department of the Army permits prior <br />to any work in the spring/wetlands complex. <br />Although a DA Petmit wilt not be required for the project, this does not eliminate the <br />requirement that other applicable federal, state, tribal, a.td local permits are obtained if needed. <br />[f there are any questions concerning this matte[, please call Mr. Terry McKee of [his <br />office at 303-979-4120 and reference Corps File No. 159980117. <br />tm <br />
