Again, the area in question will be the <br />area under Bear Coal Company's responsibility. Bear Coal <br />Company stated that top soil from the river channel <br />realignment was not analyzed, but was used for topsoil in <br />the revegetation zones at Bear No. 1 and No. 2. The <br />Division stated that revegetation success in those areas <br />could determine soil suitability. Therefore, it was <br />suggested that this be tied into the vegetation monitoring <br />program. If the soil was determined not to be suitable, <br />then other methods such as fertilization would need to be <br />implemented. <br />• F.4 <br />• Bear Coal Company <br />determined in the <br />table would be can <br />removal of debris, <br />No. 1 and Bear No. <br />agreed that once responsibilities were <br />Bear No. 1 and No. 2 area, that a time <br />ipleted and submitted to the Division for <br />soil replacement, and seeding at Bear <br />2. <br />• F.5 <br />Bear Coal Company agreed to substantiate the cost submitted <br />for erosion netting application and this would be included <br />in the new reclamation bond estimate. <br />• G.1 <br />Bear Coal Company agreed to submit 1985 monitoring results <br />of the Bear No. 2 portal backfill. <br />• G.2 <br />Bear Coal Company stated that the proctor testing at the <br />Bear No. 1 portal backfill had not been completed. Bear <br />Coal Company agreed to have the portal backfill tested, <br />certified, and submitted to the Division. <br />• • G.3 <br />Bear Coal Company stated that the monitoring of the Bear <br />No. 3 portal area and access road for 1985 has been <br />completed by Ute Engineering and will be submitted. <br />
