The following persons were present at <br />the meeting: <br />• Susan Mowry, MLRD <br />• Randy Price, MLRD <br />• Craig Springer, Bear Coal Company <br />• Dan Keuscher, ACZ INC. <br />• Eldon Strid, ACZ INC. <br />The purpose of the meeting was to discuss point by point the items <br />brought up in the Mid-Term Review and to discuss a submittal date for <br />compliance. <br />The following is Bear Coal Company's understanding of what is required <br />to satisfy the Division's concerns: <br />PART I - REVISIONS OR RESPONSES REQUIRED <br />• A.1 <br />There was considerable discussion surrounding the format of <br />the Bear Coal Company Permit documents for Mines No. 1, No. <br />2, and No. 3. The Division wanted one cohesive <br />• comprehensive document which would incorporate all <br />revisions, technical revisions, minor revisions, <br />correspondence., adequacy responses, and stipulation <br />responses.
