<br />2.04.11 Fish & Wildlife Resources Information <br />Mr. Jack Vanhinger's wildlife statement for the <br />Dorchester ~1 Mine includes several species which are not <br />located on or near any surface disturbed areas. Of the species <br />mentioned, beaver and fish habitat require some discussion. <br />There are no beaver or fish species located on or near any <br />surface disturbance resulting from the Dorchester }1 Mine, <br />or within the permit boundary, as no surface waters capable <br />of supporting these species exists. Mr. Vanhinger's statement <br />included lands outside the permit boundary in the general area <br />of the Dorchester 41 Mine. Mr. Vanhinqer made no mention of <br />fish species in the permit area. <br />u <br />L <br />
