the south and west line in order to allow the required
slope. I do not know what portion of the area the DOH
says has been reclaimed. I do not believe that it
would be that area designated existing slope because
that is the area from which the gravel is yet to be
removed. Again, that existing slope will be duplicated
on the area to the south and west and therefore we will
only be removing gravel from an area containing 9.9
acres.
EXHIBIT "E" - RECLAMATION PLAN
1. It is the intent of the owner to comply with the recla-
mation plan as set forth in the report from the soil
conservation s~~rvice.
2. Access to the pit is by way of an approach located ap-
proximately 3~ feet to the south of the intersection of
Garrett and Cu:ttis Road. The approach is off of Curtis
Road. There i:s no access road as such. The bottom of
the mined pit, which is nothing but level gravel and sand,
will be used as access to the 9.9 acres. Upon completion
of the removal of the gravel from the 9.9 acres and as-
suming no additional mining operation is carried on there-
after, that area used for ingress and egress will be
ripped and replanted.
OTHER
1. Vida Solberg oHrns all of the land immediately adjacent to
the proposed permit area and therefore notice to adjacent
land owners will not be required.
2. It is understood that the State of Colorado is the only
one which may have access to the bond.
3.
