Exhibit C
Page 2

Item 8. No water will be used in conjunction with the gravel operation.
Item 9. No surface water will be disturbed. We do not anticipate dis-
~ turbing any ground water based on the existing excavation. However, if ground
water is encountered, every attempt will be made to minimize disturbance.
Item 10: No existing water rights will be disturbed. All Colorado water
laws and regulations will be complied with.
Item 11: Once the topsoil had been removed, the gravel will be excavated
by usin,3 a dozer to push the material in a westerly direction down an existing
slope approximately 50-100'. The gravel will then be crushed, or screened,
and stockpiled at the base of the slope. The material will then be hauled
by trucks to the surrounding county roads, as time allows. Crushing, and/or
screening, plants will be used only on an average of every two to three years
for short periods. The maximum amount of material to be processed at any
one time, will be 15,000 cubic yards.
