COUNTY - ZADRA GRAVEL PIT <br />PLANNING COMMISSION PERMIT <br />Mike Horner, San Miguel County Road and Bridge Supervisor <br />was not present. <br />Grice complimented Mr. Horner and his office staff on the <br />completeness of his application. <br />Davis stated that MSHA and CDH regulates this type of operation <br />and wants any approval contingent upon Mr. Horner providing <br />copies of those permits. (Mine Safety & Health Association <br />and Colorado Department of Health.) <br />MOTION by Davis, Second by Erickson, to approve the request <br />subject to proper permitting by MSHA and CDH and to include <br />reclamation plan for the gravel pit. AYES: Davis, Erickson, <br />Brelsford and McPhee. NAYS: None. MOTION CARRIED. <br />
