During the course of mining operations, Routt County <br />shall sot allow the total disturbed acreage to exceed 9.9 acres, <br />nor the annual extraction of mineral and overburden to exceed 70,000 tons. <br />•2.'• Routt County agrees to be bound by all Rules and Regulations <br />• of the.Mined Land Reclamation Board, and by all provisions of the 1976 Mined.' <br />• Land Reclamation Act, in compliance with each and every provision thereof, <br />•as an, express condition of this permit. <br />I 3,,• Any lands. included in this permit which may have been previously mined <br />•• without a~permit are included solely for the purpose of•obtaining a reclamation <br />••~ p,lan and bonding coverage for such lands.
