2.05.3 <br />Run-off from one or two of the loadout conveyor footings will not be <br />contained in a sediment pond. Run-off from the footings will be filtered <br />through a sediment trap such as straw bales, silt fences or other approved <br />devices. Two sediment ponds will contain the run-off from the batch weigh <br />loadout and most of the disturbance to the east. Run-off from the remaining <br />portion of the disturbed area along the loadout track will not be contained in <br />sediment ponds. There are thirteen SAE areas where run-off will be filtered <br />through a sediment fence before it leaves the permit area. Sample points for <br />the SAEs that have sediment fences will be located near the sediment <br />fences. Sample points for the SAES at the culverts and ditches will be at <br />their respective outlets.
