ADDENDUM TO EXHIBIT 8R (TR03-42)
FISH CREEK CULVERT DESIGN
In Apri12003, two 24-inch culverts were added next adjacent an existing 60-inch culvert,
on the Vent Shaft Access Road where it crosses Fish Creek (TR03-42). Figure 1 herein,
only depicts the origina160-inch culvert. Please refer to Map 24 of the permit for an
illustration of all three culverts.
