Seed must be
distributed at specified pounds per acre.
6. The pad areas will be fertilized (30-0-0, minimum NPK), seeded with the
approved seed mix, and mulched (certified weed-free straw).
The access roads will be restored as closely as possible to the approximate
original contour, re-seeded, fertilized, and mulched as above.
8. The drill pads and access roads reclamation procedure outlined above will
apply only to those areas newly disturbed for this proposed project. Existing
roads will be left in a condition equal to or better than that observed on
Mountain Coal Company's entry into the area.
9. Any coal recovered incidentally to this project will be in the form of cuttings or
core and would either be taken back to the mine site or disposed of in the mud
pits.
